Reach the Bridge is a benefit for the American Lung Association of Oregon.
CAN YOU BEAT THE BURNSIDE?
Portland's most unique 8k personal challenge run. Choose your own start time, but make sure you reach the bridge by the time it goes up.
The bridge raises at 9:00 am exactly. Which side will you be on?
- Beautiful course through the paved roads in Forest Park
- You own Burnside Street! Closed to traffic, you get to take over for the day
- 8k run or walk with an optional 2k course
- Strollers and children accompanied by an adult are welcome
- Personal challenge run: pick your start time and beat your own record!
- Music at the start and finish lines

Registration at PGE Park - 7:00am

GETTING THERE / PARKING
Parking is extremely limited and there are no surrounding areas for overflow parking. We recommend taking the MAX or carpooling to the start line. The World Forestry Center is on the MAX blue and red lines. Disembark at the Washington Park stop and take the escalator up.

Kids 12 & under $10 (no t-shirt) and kids 2yrs & under are FREE.
BAGGAGE TRANSFER
There will be a clothes check at the starting area. You will reclaim your possessions near the finish line on the East side of the Burnside Bridge!
